How to Maintain Consistent Blood Sugar Levels!

4. Consume some healthy fats.

Fat, like protein and fibre, may help to prevent hazardous blood sugar decreases. A high-unsaturated-fat diet has been linked to a reduction in insulin resistance.

Avoid processed vegetable oils such as maize, soybean, and safflower oils, as well as trans fats, which may contribute to inflammation. For healthy fats, include almonds, olive oil, ghee, coconut oil, avocado, and fatty seafood like salmon in your diet.
